I really cannot believe that I found this today, in a thrift store. Oil on canvas, original painting, and goes perfectly with this one I bought at a different thrift store about 3 months ago. Could be the same artist, but the signatures are a somewhat different and illegible.
Thrifting Saturday: got a latch hook “Our Lady of Fatima” ($7-, and very large); a scratch-board Rasta Rooster (88 cents), and another ceramic monkey [with banana?] ($2-).
Sunday shopping, part 2: Zippy the Chimp film, 8mm or 16mm. $6. I don’t own a projector but suspect I’ll be picking one up sometime soon.
